PRODUCT INFORMATION
liljax.com products displayed on liljax.com are not available in stores anywhere. However we do have our products in select stores in the United States. Each piece is hand made one at a time using upcycled fabrics. The prices displayed at liljax.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. All Next Day shipping orders must be received by 1 pm PST. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify info@liljax.com. You will receive an email from liljax when your order has been confirmed.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped USA USPS Ground unless selected otherwise. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator in the shopping cart. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Please contact info@liljax.com if you have any questions.
PRODUCTS & PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on liljax.com, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
The liljax products depicted on this Site are representative of the liljax collection. Not all liljax products are shown in this Site. Not all products shown on this Site are available through all liljax dealers. The style, designs and colors of the liljax products shown in this Site may be changed without notice.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the liljax.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 10 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to info@liljax.com to obtain a return authorization number within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. liljax.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to info@liljax.com before sending back. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned.

SHIPPING POLICY
• Most orders shipped within 7 business days – weekends and holidays excluded
• USPS does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays
• Next Day Shipping order must be submitted by 1 PM PST
• Items ordered together may ship separately

SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE FOLLOWING ORDERS
• All first time orders over $250.00
• All first time USPS Next Day Air orders
• All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses
* USPS will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call within 24 hours of placing your order.
